Interesting insight from this exciting paper published today. Urolithin A donwregulates YAP/TEAD and TEAD transcriptional activity.
IMHO, TEAD inhibition should have some healthspan benefits. Of course, I also think that TNIK inhibition is likely to have the strongest effect.
