My €800+ tracked package with @Postvox has gone missing! I called them, waited on hold for 15m only to be hung up on within 15 seconds!!! Why, because I was not happy providing private identification information (my phone number) before talking with the agent. Great work.

It's the last day of the month, and the end of the first half of #2020. I'm not sure how everyone is feeling, but overall I think the last six months went by quite well. Looking forward to see what the rest of 2020 will throw at us. #COVID19
