During this period, the Authority completed 4,865 investigations. In addition to the 790 investigations completed in 2012-2018, the Authority has cumulatively completed 5,655 investigations.

During the 6-year period, IPOA received 4,882 complaints. Including the 4,290 investigation files brought forward from the FY2012/2018 period, there were 10,022 investigations files during the second Board’s term. ^EM
