Be kind to all and don't worry about whether they deserve it or not. It's about your values not theirs.

@Vodacom apparently I won't be able to use my phone until 12 midnight because I did a migration and it's still in progress? Is this correct?

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@HelloTelkom any feedback?

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@HelloTelkom thank you. I'll be waiting.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA [phone]. That's the number in question. Go and check all the open cases behind it and refund my money.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA even a small organization that runs it's systems on excel will definitely know how to do a cancellation.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA clearly all these these cases that you open are a complete waste of time. I have opened 4 cases already, about the same thing.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA how can we still be dealing with this inefficiency in 2016? I am tired of sitting on the phone with you about the same thing.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA clearly your billing system still doesn't know that I cancelled this contract in July already.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA but despite all this you're still debiting my account? This is a clear sign that your systems don't talk to each other.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA I cancelled the Bolt Speed contract you sold me within 4 days. You collected your device and sent me confirmation of cancellation.

[Dumisani Mzamo @dmzamo]

@TelkomZA wow, I'm out of words with disgust at your incompetency and inefficient systems.
