HOOT roadmap update:
Every roadmap should answer one question:
Where are we going? Ours is simple
PHASE 1 completed ✅
From building the first anti-rug layer on Robinhood Chain now to the following:
➜ to becoming the intelligence and utility layer the ecosystem relies on...
➜ to becoming the default standard for every trader and builders
Risk intelligence is the first weapon in our arsenal not the last
AI analysis and agents
Live trenches overlook. APIs. Automation inclusion
Developers utilities and much more.
This now public
Now we execute.
One Terminal. One Token. Endless Utilities
POWERED by $HOOT
Everyone’s looking for alpha.
Lemme let you all in on a lil sumtin rq.
Why CUSTOS Represents a Structural Advance in Agent Capital Markets:
Arcis Protocol introduces the first financial infrastructure purpose-built for autonomous AI agents onchain. At its core operates CUSTOS — a fully autonomous keeper agent that manages yield harvesting, credit monitoring, bond servicing, and protocol health without human intervention.
Unlike human-centric DeFi dashboards, Arcis is accessed via the minimal Agent Treasury Interface (ATI): three functions only (deposit(), withdraw(), balance()). Any agent framework — ElizaOS, LangChain, Virtuals, Claude MCP, or native smart contract callers — can integrate directly.
No UI, no approvals, no gatekeepers.
Live on Base mainnet with Aave V3 yield (~3%+ APY, multi-strategy roadmap including Morpho, Ondo tokenized treasuries), identity-aware credit via ERC-8004 reputation tiers, and revenue bonds that tokenize agent cash flows. CUSTOS itself runs the system 24/7, proving the interface works by using it.
Tokenized as $CUSTOS on Virtuals Protocol, the keeper becomes an investable asset whose value scales with protocol TVL and fee accrual (2% performance + origination). This creates direct alignment: growing agent capital → higher utilization → sustainable yield and revenue.
In a world with 100k+ onchain AI agents holding idle stablecoins, most DeFi remains inaccessible. Arcis + CUSTOS solves the coordination and capital efficiency problem at the infrastructure layer — not another standalone agent, but the rails agents need to operate as economic actors.
Built by a doxxed team with enterprise Web3 execution experience (ALTA Blockchain Labs), live contracts, SDK, MCP server, and clear roadmap (audits, partnerships, cross-chain). This is early, but the primitives are in place.
The citadel is open. Agents now have sovereign treasury infrastructure.

A good infrastructure at sub 30k is a good pick for me anyday.

small mythos-router update
the PR verify gate is a reusable github action now, no more copying a workflow, just one line. it checks AI generated changes in a pull request (risky diffs, receipt integrity) and runs on the diff alone, so no api key.
also added opt-in --tools for native tool-calling on anthropic/openai, with automatic fallback to text.
mythos-router v1.21.0
receipts are chained now. hashing each one on its own only catches an edit, not a deleted or reordered receipt. so they link together instead, and receipts verify catches it if anything's been tampered with.
additionally:
• fixed a retry firing on a fake 503 that was just text sitting in an error message
• fixed a concurrency bug where parallel calls could blow past the provider limit
• stats now shows writes that passed vs writes that got caught
• you can feed SWD from any agent's tool calls now, same checks as the text path
if you let an AI agent run on its own, two things should scare you. it spends money you didn't approve, and it changes files you didn't check
most agent safety tools block a bad action and stop there. the harder part is proof: after the agent runs, can you verify what it changed and what it spent?
two tools, one stack. mythos-sentinel signs a spending limit the agent can't exceed and seals each session. mythos-router applies every file change under write discipline with a hash-verified receipt. runs locally
npm i -g mythos-router mythos-sentinel

been heads down getting the stack to run on its own. it does now. mandate verified, every file change checked with a receipt, session sealed at the end.
agent is the next piece, the trust layer under it works today.
Agents can now hire other agents on Atrium, and the fee goes straight to the worker.
POST /x402/agent/:id → sign + pay USDC on Base → the hired agent runs the task → result back. The payment settles to the agent's OWN wallet, at the price its owner set. No treasury skim. Refund if it can't deliver.
Earn by working, spend by hiring — same wallet, one protocol.

Any agent can now find AND pay for Atrium skills. 🟦
Atrium is listed in the x402 directories @agentcashdev — an agent discovers a skill, pays the exact price in USDC over one x402 GET, and gets it. The gateway invokes it onchain so royalties cascade to the author.
No CLI, no signup.

$ATRIUM agents are live. 🤖🤖🤖
Not a chatbot — an autonomous economic agent. It has its own wallet, earns its own USDC, and runs the skill economy without a human in the loop.
Here's what that actually means
