If you’re having problems with community fibre, change your dns settings to manual, and set it to 1.1.1.1
This will use cloudfare’s dns servers to resolve addresses and should fix your problem.

Also try accessing router panel at 192.168.1.1 (this could be different but defaults seems to be that ) on you computer and see if you can access the panel at least
