@CSallustius @Clint_Davey1 Das Boot is pretty straightforward as well. Based on a a book that really happened adapted of course for several incidents. Maybe even Stalingrad had a pretty decent story except a few scenes where the protagonist character shows too much sympathy for the Soviets prisoners

@Clint_Davey1 Some of the Russian made movies have very good action but with the Russians winning which although may look like propaganda are in fact true. Unlike Hollywood which feeds fairy tale endings.
