@IndiGo6E You only expect empathy and humane behaviour when its your fault, last year my brother had a flights scheduled and it got cancelled this same company as a replacement gave him a flight 16 hrs long with two layovers.

Today i experienced how flights companies like @IndiGo6E shows no empathy when it comes to the customer.
i was supposed to purchase Ccu to Rpr return ticket. mistakenly i booked 4th Dec ticket while i was supposed to purchase it for 4th Oct. the return tickets was correct.
