Telangana New WhatsApp Services – Facing Issues!

I applied for a Residence Certificate through the Telangana WhatsApp service on 28th November 2025.
But till today, there has been no update — not even the receipt link is working. It just shows an error every time.

Here’s the message I received from MeeSeva WhatsApp:
"Your application status: Submitted Successfully and your Reference id: RC022514222481"

If the new WhatsApp system is meant to make things easier, then these issues need to be fixed ASAP.

I took a Canva Pro subscription for $680 on September 12 at Just Visionary. On December 2, due to some technical reasons, access was lost. Our technical team said that they would solve it in 24 to 48 hours. We received your complaint on December 5th.
