@hectorcrosbie @RishiSunak Enforce a dog license - Owners must agree to a declaration that they are responsible & held accountable for any behaviour their dog exhibits. always going to be a “breed” to take the place of ‘status’ dogs.a lot of XL bullies are much loved family pets, dont label them all.
