@Arranell a lot of my players are on the adhd spectrum too so i find if we do a quick recap every turn, or when we learn new info, it really helps out. consider recording your sessions too to refer back to later for notes/memory refreshing if everyone in the party is cool w that

@Arranell I bought a stim chewy necklace that helps, and also I take notes/doodle on my iPad during sessions. DnD is my special interest and I still have issues focusing for 3+ hours, especially while dm'ing.
