Very informational for working with Native American students. OSEU & Technology: Lakota Language & Culture in an Elementary Classroom. #TIE20 @Tamera30730595 @matthew_rama
U1, A3: Searching through OER Commons site and found many lessons plans and modules on Digital Citizenship that I’m excited to look through and possibly incorporate in my plans for next school year. #reachoutlibs
U2A2 - For students grades 6-8 Digital Citizenship is a very important topic to focus on. I don’t touch on this topic with our students but I’d like to collaborate with our computer teacher so that our students are exposed to it more often. #reachoutlibs
U1A4 - At this time in our library I have been focusing on curating our Native American book collection towards the needs of our students. They are currently working on research papers and our large collection of books is helpful for their resources needed. #reachoutlibs
U1A3 - ISTE Standards Refresh makes sense as technology is constantly changing. Curious to see if/what they rename the Computer Science Educators Standards at the upcoming 2019 conference. #reachoutlibs
U1A2- I see many useful items on the FRL symbaloo mix, but the one item I would choose at this time would be the Future Ready Librarian Poster. I’d be able to share with my co-workers, students and school wide so that they know I am there to help...in many areas. #reachoutlibs
I’m sure glad AASL includes ‘Explainer Videos’ that do a great job of explaining the integration of the new National School Library Standards. What a great tool to help make sense of these newly integrated standards and easy to share with others as well. #reachoutlibs
