I had a friend on X the other day ask me a great question about how to invest. This is what I ended up telling him from God's word. I don't think you can go wrong with this:

1. Ask the Lord what to do.
(Philippians 4:6) "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."

2. Don't be hasty. Don't try to get rich.
(Proverbs 21:5) "The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want."

3. Make sure you have a plan you have thought out carefully with the investment.
(Proverbs 24:27) "Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house."

Remember, wealth gotten by vanity will go away. Just be diligent in your work and you'll see increase. Grind.

(Proverbs 13:11) "Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase."
