@SkyHelpTeam I live in New Cross and my WiFi is still out. can someone please tell me when this issue will be resolved, as I have an important meeting today and need my WiFi.
this is why I'm considering leaving, prices always go up for WiFi/broadband that connection always fails.

@HastingsDirect this is the worse company ever, I set up a DD to resolve an outstanding payment only to receive a message from creditors in regards to money owed. RIDICULOUS

@HastingsDirect absolutely disgraceful. I've been on hold for 30 mins (on a premium number) only for you guys to hang up. all so I can discuss a DD I cancelled 2 months ago.
glad I left and will advise anyone else not to use your services.
