As a Dify Professional user for over six months, I initially received excellent support. However, after contacting support 12 days ago and sending three reminders with no response, this lack of communication is unacceptable. Is your advertised Email Support real? #Dify
I have been using Dify Cloud Pro for over half a year. At first, the support was good. However, recently, I don't get a reply unless I push. I think the product is great, but if this continues, users will leave. It's sad.
