Many buyers of AI platforms/agent builders are getting stuck and are being set up for failure

Lots of scenarios where they buy the platform with the promise of building agents to drive more revenue, save costs, be more efficient, do more with less, etc

Then when they get access, they get stuck and don't even know where to start, and no one is there to help them figure it out

Some build a few agents, but the usage of the agent starts to dwindle or disappear because it's not sticky or solving a big enough problem, and it actually takes more effort than expected

Then at some point, a leader in the company looks at all of this and realizes the cost of the platform isn't worth it and they churn

And this further slows down AI adoption in that org and creates a bad taste

This is why even before purchasing the platform, work needs to be done to educate the org and the actual users, get buy in and excitement, have a few killer use cases that agents will solve for already planned out and even implemented

That way when they're set up for success, user adoption is already planned out, and the agents will actually solve real problems and needs
