@RufasKe @sholard_mancity The MPESA app is not unless you downgrade. One App is an attempt by safaricom to merge Mysafaricom App and the Mpesa App. Most users ABOUT 7m use the MPESA app about 2m use the Mysafaricom App. That said the OneApp is the biggest upgrade fraud by sufferycom.

@C_NyaKundiH I totally agree OneApp is the greatest fraud and Heist...Imagine millions of customers buying bundles to just activate an app. Worse still the frequent logouts and SIM CARD verification still need more bundles. I had to switch back to the old MPESA APP.

@Safaricom_Care This is not true. The MyoneApp Solution is the greatest fraud to us customers. The app keeps on asking for bundles from time to time and even if one is on your own safaricom home fibre it still needs bundles. There was also no prior communication on the new release to customers.
