Trip to @ColliderFest yesterday made a dream come true when I got to meet Chris ( @torvillanddean ) and Karen ( @Woo2Kaz ). Totally worth the 10 hour round trip from Oxford. Thank you for being so lovely, you two! Still buzzing at having had chance to show you the tattoo!

Shocking customer service from @BandQ today. Was meant to have a delivery yesterday but it never showed & zero communication. Spoke to their customer support & they can’t tell me where my order is or when I can expect it. All they can do is escalate it which may take 48 hrs!

OK so in interest of fairness @laithwaites have now answered the phone and the person who helped me was amazing, cancelled my order and organised a refund. Slightly worried still though as I have no confirmation of this….

Nightmare scenario! @laithwaites have just charged me for a Christmas selection box of wine, whilst my wine plan was on hold because I was moving & haven’t updated my address yet. I’m now £134 worse off & the wine is going to my old house. And will they answer the phone?? No!

Horrendous service from @Argos_Online this weekend. Ordered two items for click and collect that I needed urgently - one should have been in store at 4pm yesterday and one at 8am today. Neither has arrived yet. Poor showing that caused unnecessary stress!
