"If I knew then what I know now" - this weekend I caught myself thinking about things that now I know are right like eat healthy, sleep well, exercise, be in the moment, be more forgiving and how the me of almost a decade ago didn't do any of these things well
I don't do them perfectly now, but I'm much more aware of these things today. I felt and like I wish I did, but you know, trying to change the past is a futile effort. But then I though about things that I know that are right today and I don't do them. and I made me think why.
@pikuma "The cardinality of set A is equal to the cardinality of set B if and only if there exists a function f from A to B such that for all elements a1 and a2 in A, if f(a1) = f(a2), then a1 equals a2, and for all elements b in B, there exists an element a in A such that f(a)=b."
@pikuma No exactly high school but one thing I feel it could be better taught is the glossary of mathematical symbols. For example this formula:
∣A∣=∣B∣⟺∃f:A→B(∀a1,a2∈A(f(a1)=f(a2)⟹a1=a2)∧∀b∈B∃a∈A(f(a)=b))
@guilucasds Two things that help me:
1. If you were to talk to a friend that was feeling like that, what would you say? Why don´t you say the same things to yourself?
2. We have a tendency to look up the ladder, or sideways, but never look down and see how much we've climbed.
