@DomainKing Great points.
Ai really eased the ability to build on category-defining dotcom assets.
I still prefer pure domain investing.
Specialization has stood the test of time.
I buy and sell, they can build their own vision.
@TLDInvestors@oceanadomains@Sedo That's a good point.
Sedo has a great brokerage team.
I'd bet they could start an independent brokerage team just with the talent and support.
What else is left after that?
Before demanding more money from America’s wealthiest, lawmakers should account for the billions of dollars the federal government wastes each year. https://t.co/Hkdy0a7J7x
Note that I said “memorable” in the prior post.
I expect that second tier domains might tread water, but that third tier and lower domains will be decimated. Owners of those inferior domains will probably end up either:
a] leaving the domain name industry, or
b] will be loved by their registrars for renewing despite massive losses that will eventually bleed them dry.
🛑Stop using "AI" in your marketing
We're well into a period of 'AI fatigue' — even tech ppl are tired.
AI is a given at this point. Focus on your product's real benefits instead. What problem does it solve?
https://t.co/vyQqq0rlva
Startups, consider taking “AI” out of the tagline and elevator pitch.
Because:
1) AI is no longer a differentiator
2) Better to solve a real problem and be delightful to use
3) Taking the spotlight off AI lets people better enjoy a sense of wonder and enchantment
@BettyAiProject Ai is making 80% of universities obsolete.
The University of Indoctrination has morphed into a debt factory with low ROI.
On the brightside, its mass ignorance and conformity that allows the best asymmetrical opportunites for the few.

If you see it elsewhere, it's probably a parasitic copycat blogger looking for attention.
@snagged Some sellers use the minimum offer lander as a price discovery tactic.
Their minimum is bait or a spam filter.
Be prepared to pay much more than you expect in 'minimum offer lander' situations.
