That's ^ the kicker. @AmericanAir has eliminated the duty (staff position) to do a sweep of lost and found on weekends. Which just shows how little they care about customer experience. Will be at least 72 hours to get a phone returned 7/?

The @americanair agent said all lost and found is handled by baggage claim. So I went to the Term A Bag Claim (closed) then the Terminal C Office. The agent explained to me that a Lost & Found sweep wasn't done on Saturday or Sunday and would be done "at some point" Monday 6/?
