@EurekaForbes I seek justification from Eureka Forbes for the excess amount charged, as the technician represents the front face of the company. Taking that additional amount (without invoice) is a serious violation and goes against compliance policies. Raised six complained but no resolution
The technician of @EurekaForbes quoted Rs. 1,200 for the pre-filter and the customer paid. Later, the customer discovered fraud and received an invoice for Rs. 1,040, which did not match the amount paid. Seeking justification from Eureka Forbes for the difference on priority.

@honda2wheelerin@aadi_honda I purchased a Honda Shine from Dwarka Honda and it has been under a premium AMC at Aadi Honda, Kothapet. The AMC service at Aadi Honda is not satisfactory, as they are not resolving self start issues and been shutdown at speed of 70 km/h.
