Melalui platform Tiktok Shop saya telah membuat belian phone case “Manifestin’ Phone Case Protech”. Belian dibuat kerana design pada phone case yang tertulis “Manifesting My Dreams” sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam sampel gambar yang diiklankan. Namun setelah item yang dibeli sampai terdapat beberapa masalah:

1. Design adalah tidak lengkap sebagaimana diiklankan yang mana huruf “MAN” pada perkataan “MANIFESTING” adalah tidak kelihatan. Perkara ini menjejaskan keseluruhan aesthetic phone case tersebut. Malahan, item yang diterima seolah2 boleh dibaca “Infesting My Dreams” instead of “Manifesting My Dreams”. Siapa yang nak pakai design casing sebegitu?

2. Saya telah membeli model S23 Ultra, namun pada sampel gambar yang diiklankan tidak ditunjukkan contoh untuk model casing yang saya beli. Jadi saya beranggapan bahawa setidak-tidaknya design akan diatur semula agar sesuai dengan model casing yang saya beli.

3. Deskripsi produk juga tidak ada menyatakan bahawa design akan terkesan (affected) dengan bentuk atau placement kamera pada sesuatu model telefon tersebut. Jadi, sebagai pembeli saya beranggapan bahawa sebagaimana iklan (yg ada design penuh) sebegitu juga produk yang akan diterima - walaupun casing yg dibeli adalah untuk model telefon berbeza.

4. Kekuatan Loucase adalah pada design atau corak casing itu sendiri. Jadi, apabila design yang diterima oleh saya adalah cacat dan tidak lengkap - saya telah meminta untuk return refund.

5. Tetapi request return dan refund saya ditolak atas alasan “reason or evidence isnt clear enough” sedangkan saya telah memberikan gambar item yang saya terima yang tak sama seperti iklan, dan telah menjelaskan alasan kenapa case itu ingin dipulangkan.

6. Item yang saya beli bukanlah item custom made yang tertulis nama saya, jadi kenapa item ini tidak boleh dipulangkan semula? Atau Loucase sendiri sedar ia tidak boleh dijual semula kerana design tersebut cacat dan tidak boleh dibaca?

7. Memandangkan pihak loucase sendiri enggan memberikan kerjasama dengan menolak request return dan juga tidak membalas semula chat saya di Tiktok (eh tetapi dekat sini boleh pula reply minta details?), maka saya merasa teraniaya sebagai pembeli dan telah mengemukakan aduan kepada pihak KPDNKK memandangkan Loucase sendiri tidak mahu menyelesaikan isu ini.
