@FreshBeauty I came to the Marylebone St store this morning. I walked in - 2 white ladies behind the till, heads down, looked up at me, and put their heads back down- ignored me. A lady of colour then greeted and helped me. You see the problem here? Racist or rude? Not okay!

@waitrose The email ONLY responded to my critique of the idiotic email I had been sent. It does not explain any other part of my concerns raised and not does it why Waitrose create an environment for customers to be racially abused.

@waitrose A customer in Waitrose called me a “fuckin’ paki” because Waitrose check out systems caused delays. It’s almost impossible to complaint and get a reply that makes sense. And I still wait for Gina..ha!

@waitrose I’ve had a disgusting in-store experience and cannot even report it. I’ve emailed twice - no receipt or response. I’ve completed a store feedback form online - the system has an error and asks me to try again later. So here is my email - in 3 images.

@waitrose I have had a reply from a customer service person which made no sense - I have replied to her and received no response. I have also not had any response to my email images. Why am I feeling like Waitrose just cannot be bothered to deal with me?
