the implication of saying SAFe's not Agile is that large orgs have to start with Agile. They don't. The essence of Agile is improving from where you are now. For many organizations SAFe is an improvement from where they are. The limitation is if you think SAFe's an endpoint.
We are all called upon to lead at some moment and in some way, because the notion of leadership which happens only at the top can’t possibly address the demands of the complex, unpredictable and ambiguous world we find ourselves in.
