FYs have been consistently over 50lakhs...Inspite of this a simple credit card request from your bank has been declined twice now...I wonder if this is the way you deal with your prospective customers! Extremely disappointing and will never engage with #HDFC again in future.

@letsblinkit the dark patterns are so prominent in blinking that it is unbelievable...you don't get delivered in time but you can't cancel your order! Fantastic!!!

@SBICard_Connect Just unbelievable how trash your customer service is...a single phone call couldn't be done in 4 days...my card latest bill is fully paid so please block your elite card and I will shift to @ICICIBank or @HDFC_Bank ...atleast they will give much better service than this!!!

@SBICard_Connect I am using my sbi elite card for a while now and using it for all type of transactions..sincerely last week 2 POS transaction has been declined out of no reason and the contactless feature us also not working..most annoying part is I get a reply from customercare

@SBICard_Connect First of all the time period given was 10am-5pm but the call came at 6.30pm....Secondly I was attending another call but immediately hung up to attend the sbi call but it never came again...I just cant believe the level of pathetic service at SBI cards!! Just unbelievable!!!!

That i have never done these transactions with this card so according to the RBI guideline these features have been blocked...I mean what kind of bullshit is this as I use this card week in and week out...the customer care you are providing is totally pathetic and shitty!!
