@alex1708ander Alternatively surgical bio avr with impella 5.5 post op and temporary RVAD…. LVAD bail out if RV recovers…

@alex1708ander Can be tough to find a good concept here…. Valvuloplasty plus impella could work but that RV might not make it…

Mit der Pflege auf der intensiv ist es echt ein täglicher Kampf… Morgen zum Beispiel tritt mein Rührkuchen gegen den der Stationsleitung an!
