@mislead Keep any normal frame you fully level up and then feed them into the helminth to unlock one of their abilities to use on other frames. Standouts are rhino sevagoth mirage and Grendel for most builds

@mislead *elite archimedias I should say but at that point you should already have one of the hundreds of nonsensically weapon frame combos that just turns off any challenge in the game
