My husband & toddler are gone for the weekend. I do not have to work. It’s been a stressful week.

I spent a good chunk of my morning reviewing the complex gustatory pathway in preparation for a parageusia referral.

Prepping charts for clinic. Referral is 19 pages total. 2 of those 19 pages (15-17) have any clinical information useful to me. This is only one reason why physicians are going mad.

@ghaydamirzaa @mdlizs I heavily pre-chart & all notes are templated. I type HPI during visit. I place all orders & complete AVS before leaving the room. By end of day, all exams & A/Ps are documented & all visits are closed. I am in clinic 5 days/week, which helps build efficiency & a system.
