@LeelaAheer @IncompetentTwee Not sure you understand the difference. We don't need NP's triaging in FP offices and ER and urgent care nurses are excellent at triage if you meant that setting.

@LeelaAheer I have great respect for NP's. Have worked with them since Labrador 30 years ago. However provincial governments are not funding FPs to be able to afford clinics an we are very efficient. They will have to pay the same overhead.

@KatKolasa @PfParks The issue is that this is being touted by AB Gov as " help is on the way" The reality is that there is a pressing need to provide Medical homes for comprehensive pt care that we currently run but cant afford.I own a clinic and cant afford to see my pts.

@KatKolasa @PfParks The point is that Doctors will never be allowed to sell any medications to their patients. It is defined as conflict of interest by our College. Not so for pharmacists.
