@NatWest Phone claim >2 weeks ago, phone calls have been made under the insurance. 3 times promised a callback, ha, ha. A claim has not yet been filed! Been embezzled, and "lost" complaints (desk drawer of the assistant manager), they also cannot use a phone or keyboard it seems.
