Good Evening. I have received a text - i think from British Gas - saying that if i delay my December service i will be given £65. It does not say how i will be given this. I have tried to speak to various people at BG but i keep getting through to the same customer service line.
So...no money for next year and a refund for this year... good business sense. False hope is not good with the current situation... where is the planning?
So... not only do u still have my money from cancelling my flights this year.... I cannot book for next year and by the time flights become unavailable for next year- I will be at work- unable to access. When i get home they will probably be a price that I cannot afford.
@MartinSLewis ..cont.. i have had no luck with Paypal and cannot contact Instagram.. i believe the transaction is fraudulent but need a bit of weight on my side to prove.I need to know the direction to take and if anyone else has had similar issues. Thanks!!
@MartinSLewis Hi Martin - hope you and the team are well. I am having major issues with a purchase through an advert on Instagram and purchasing using Paypal. Effectively i have lost out through following procedure....and am now down £135.50 and have no goods as i sent them back.
