This was @swappa’s response I received by mail. 👇🏾 Also note there is no mention of the MDM-Lock on the iPad or an explanation of how/why they sold a non-verified, MDM-Locked device on their website.

@swappa I emailed Swappa about a OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren Phone that was Marked Lost or Stolen (A MONTH AGO) and BLACKLISTED THRU THE CARRIER I USED (T- MOBILE) AS WELL AS BLACKLISTED ACROSS ALL CARRIERS AND MVNO'S NATIONWIDE . ***YET THE IMEI IS STILL SHOWING GOOD ON @swappa

Thinking about using @swappa for your holiday shopping this year? I bought an iPad, sold as new and opened. What the post did not include was that it was MDM-Locked by a company. Due to this fact, I cannot use it at all. I reached out to Swappa and their plan of action was to

If you buy a product from @swappa, it is my experience that the products they sell are not verified before they arrive for the consumer. I bought an iPad and now I have an expensive paperweight and no faith to use them again.
