🔴🔴🇺🇸 Révélations du New York Times : après l'assassinat de Renee Good et Alex Pretti par des agents de l'ICE à Minneapolis en janvier, JD Vance a demandé l'invocation de l'Insurrection Act pour "écraser" les manifestations, et Stephen Miller a poussé pour la suspension de l'habeas corpus. Ce qui les a arrêtés est le calcul d'image.

🔴 Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) et Jonathan Swan (@jonathanvswan), dans leur livre à paraître "Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump", révèlent ce qui s'est joué à la Maison-Blanche en janvier 2026, dans les jours qui ont suivi la mort par balles de Renee Good et Alex Pretti, tués par des agents fédéraux de l'ICE lors des manifestations de Minneapolis contre la répression migratoire.

🔥 Selon les sources convergentes, le vice-président JD Vance s'est rendu personnellement dans le bureau de la cheffe de cabinet Susie Wiles pour défendre une proposition radicale : invoquer l'Insurrection Act afin de déployer l'armée américaine sur les rues de Minneapolis pour "écraser les troubles dans le Minnesota" et envoyer un message aux "agitateurs rémunérés" bien qu'aucune preuve, à ce jour, n'établit que les manifestants étaient rémunérés par qui que ce soit. C'est une fiction inventée pour justifier l'usage de la force militaire contre des citoyens.

🔥 Plus grave encore, dans la même série de discussions internes, Stephen Miller a poussé pour la suspension de l'habeas corpus, l'un des droits constitutionnels les plus fondamentaux de la République américaine, hérité de la Magna Carta de 1215, qui garantit à tout citoyen le droit de contester sa détention devant un juge.
Sa suspension permettrait à l'État de détenir indéfiniment et sans procès n'importe quel résident américain.

🗃️ La dernière suspension de l'habeas corpus à grande échelle aux États-Unis remonte à la guerre civile, sous Abraham Lincoln, et fut alors immédiatement contestée comme inconstitutionnelle.

🔴 Ce qui les a arrêtés est un calcul d'image.

Selon le NYT, ce ne sont ni la Constitution, ni la séparation des pouvoirs, ni la conscience morale qui ont fait reculer la Maison-Blanche.

L'avocat de droite Will Scharf a opposé un argument purement technique : l'Insurrection Act vise les rébellions armées, pas des citoyens qui sifflent devant des agents de l'ICE. Susie Wiles a également freiné par calcul. Ce qui a fait pencher la balance contre l'Insurrection Act, c'est l'inquiétude en termes de relations publiques. Autrement dit : si l'opinion publique avait été docile, ou si l'image avait pu être contrôlée, la déclaration aurait probablement eu lieu.

🔴 Vance et Miller ont voulu déployer l'armée contre des citoyens. Ils ont voulu suspendre les protections constitutionnelles les plus anciennes de la République. Et ce qui les a arrêtés n'a été qu'un calcul en termes de communication. La Constitution est devenue une variable parmi d'autres, soumise à l'arbitrage marketing d'un service de communication.

📚 Je l'analyse dans Le Pantin de la Maison Blanche : Trump n'a probablement ni l'attention soutenue ni la culture historique pour mesurer ce que signifierait l'invocation de l'Insurrection Act ou la suspension de l'habeas corpus. Mais Vance, lui, a une formation à Yale. Miller a fait Duke. Ils savent. Et ils l'ont proposé quand même. Je crois que cette information est l'une des plus graves publiées depuis le début du second mandat.

Comme je vois des gens se demander comment un tel niveau de corruption de Trump, sa famille et son administration, est possible... je me permets de vous reposter ce thread qui revient sur le démontage méthodique des contre-pouvoirs et des organes de contrôle, inscrit clairement dans son Project 2025, et qu'il applique avec zèle.
L'impunité n'est pas un résultat accidentel, c'est un objectif by design de sa présidence. Il occupe la galerie avec ses bêtises pendant qu'il travaille à conserver le pouvoir à vie (ou/et à le transmettre à ses enfants).

When Russia hosted the World Cup in 2018, it had to suspend normal visa rules for the tournament. Foreigners with tickets could enter visa-free, using a scheme called ‘Fan ID.’

Russia also had to do weird stuff to keep FIFA’s sponsors happy. For example, small shops near Fan Zones and stadiums could only sell Budweiser beer on match days.

So yes, FIFA absolutely does dictate conditions to host governments when it suits FIFA. Infantino pretending otherwise is nonsense.

What has happened at the #2026WorldCup over the last 48 hours:

• Swiss footballer Embolo's visa was put under review and he was only able to join his team days later.

• Iraqi national team player Aymen Hussein was held for questioning for nearly 7 hours upon entering the United States.

• The Iranian national team spent days dealing with visa procedures at the U.S. Consulate in Türkiye. The U.S. only allowed them entry on match days. Fifteen members of the delegation were denied visas.

• Omar Abdulkadir Artan, named CAF's Best African Referee of 2025, was denied a visa. Despite travelling to the U.S. with a diplomatic passport, he was refused entry and sent back. FIFA announced that he will not be able to officiate at the tournament.

• The South African national team arrived in the United States much later than planned because part of the delegation was not granted visas.

• Members of the Senegal national team staff were forced to remove their shoes and subjected to lengthy searches, sparking accusations of racism.

• The Uzbekistan national team was searched with bomb-sniffing dogs and the footage went viral in international media.

• Some Scottish supporters, despite being eligible to enter the U.S. visa-free under the ESTA programme, had their travel authorisations revoked just days before departure.

• Many supporters who had already bought tickets and booked accommodation had their visa applications rejected, resulting in financial losses.

En cause une représentation de la bataille de Vertières (novembre 1803) qui a marqué l'aboutissement de la révolution haïtienne et la proclamation de l'indépendance quelques semaines plus tard (1 janvier 1804) de la première république noire au monde

Symbole de fierté nationale, cette bataille a été choisie par Saeta comme un hommage à ces hommes et femmes ayant permis l'émancipation d'un pays brandissant son drapeau vers le ciel

Impensable pour la FIFA qui voit ici un "message politique" et a donc exigé des modifications pour se plier aux règles de la compétition. C'est bien connu : les règlements existent, mais ils sont uniquement applicables à certaines nations.

L'arbitre somalien Omar Artan 🇸🇴 s'est vu refuser son entrée aux États-Unis, alors qu'il est sensé officier pendant la Coupe du Monde ! 🙄

Malgré l'aide appuyée de l'ambassade somalienne de Nairobi, qui lui a fourni un PASSEPORT DIPLOMATIQUE, M. Artan a dû faire demi tour à son arrivée aux USA.

On parle d'une personne qui a été élue MEILLEUR ARBITRE AFRICAIN EN 2025 ! 🤦‍♂️
