@Jainadave_ Cardio for me. For some reason when I do cardio I feel less hungry for the rest of the day. Weights are great but they don’t do squat (see what I did there) for my hunger.

The fact that in the story the police were not called and the dude just waited for his wife to answer the phone make this a poorly crafted unlikely tale.
@CoachDanGo I have a fiber supplement that I put into my protein shake. It’s got a lot of different fiber types in it but it’s mainly psyllium/flax/chia based.
Nothing better than first class plumbing.
@BiggestComeback Depends on the person. For me it’s the 300 bench but then, I’ve done 3:38 on a marathon (trained very hard) so that seems easier to me.
@DeanTTraining I switched over from 3 to 2 sets on most exercises and just added another exercise to make up for lost volume (I'm not high volume by any means) and it was a game changer. Highly recommend.
@MetroGlobeInc@justalexoki Not so much that it was their choice as it was an addiction or compulsion. Something that they didn’t have as much control over as you would think. An idea that these drugs seem to support.
@TheCinesthetic There was a Christmas movie starring Jonathan Taylor Thomas called ‘I’ll be home for Christmas’. My wife liked it and stayed in the theatre to finish it. I waited in the lobby.
