@njnrn I had a BSNL broadband back in 2022. I was moving out of Bangalore hence went to surrender the network. I had paid almost 1600 rs. in deposits. Guess what, the guy sitting at Koramangala
BSNL office thrashed me when asked for refund. BSNL must shut down.
