1. I was taught in Medical School, ca 1969, that Cannabis was the best treatment for chemo sickness. I can attest to it also for radiation sickness and immunotherapy sickness. There are side effects! It can weaken you spirit, give you "couch lock", diminish motivation, etc. etc.

2. Sugar does not cause cancer. Obviously from PET scans, we know that cancer has a fast metabolism and takes up radioactive glucose. That doesn't mean you shouldn't each Baklava!
