📊 Midday Chop: $SPY & $SPX
Today so far:
$SPY opened at 761
Dropped to 758
Chopping between 758–760 into midday
Technicals:
Open fade, then a tight range
Short-term momentum flat
No follow-through after yesterday’s grind into 763
This is digestion, not a trend day — yet
Key Levels Right Now:
Resistance: 761–763 SPY / 7,630–7,650 SPX
Immediate Support: 758–760 SPY / 7,600–7,620 SPX
Stronger Support: 754–756 SPY / 7,560–7,580 SPX
Bias: Neutral.
Hold 758 and bulls can try the open at 761 again. Lose 758 and 754–756 comes back in play.
Opened 761, flushed to 758, now stuck in the 758–760 box. Breakout or more chop into the afternoon?

⚔️ $SPY Grinding Into 763 — Will It Break?
At 2:20 PM:
$SPY has been slowly pushing from 762 into 763
Getting rejected at that level
The question now: can it finally break and hold above 763?
Technicals:
Tight afternoon grind after the morning fade from the 763 open
Sellers still defending the open / first-hour high
Momentum is improving, but it’s a grind — not a squeeze yet
Last 90 minutes decide if this is a late breakout or another fade into the close
Key Levels Right Now:
Breakout: hold above 763–764
Immediate Support: 761–762
Fail zone: lose 760 and the morning low comes back
Bias: Neutral but close to a decision.
Clean hold over 763 = late squeeze toward 766. Another rejection and 760–761 is back in play.
Slow push into 763. Break or reject into the close?

📊 First Hour: $SPY Digests the Fed Flush
Opening action:
•$SPY opened at 763
•Immediately dropped to 761, then 760
•Now back up to 762 about 1 hour after the open
Technicals:
•Gap-up open after yesterday’s Fed-hike flush to 750
•Early fade, then buyers stepped in off 760
•Short-term momentum mixed — bounce is real, but still under the open
•First hour range is set: 760–763
Key Levels Right Now:
•Resistance: 763–766 SPY / 7,650–7,680 SPX
•Immediate Support: 760–761 SPY / 7,620–7,630 SPX
•Stronger Support: 756–758 SPY / 7,580–7,600 SPX
Bias: Neutral after the first hour. Hold 760 and bulls can press the open at 763. Lose 760 and yesterday’s 756–750 zone comes back in play.
Opened 763, flushed to 760, now 762. Reclaim the open or fade again into midday?

📉 Fed Hikes — $SPY Hits 750
The Fed delivered a 25 bp hike to 3.75%–4.00% (unanimous). First hike since 2023. Inflation still elevated, and they left the door open for more.
After the decision and speech, $SPY flushed to 750.
Technicals:
Classic “sell the news” after the hike + hawkish tone
Broke the 756–758 support zone we were watching
Short-term momentum flipped hard to the downside
750 is now the line into the close
Key Levels Right Now:
Resistance: 756–758 SPY / 7,580–7,600 SPX
Immediate Support: 748–750 SPY / 7,500–7,520 SPX
Stronger Support: 744–746 SPY / 7,460–7,480 SPX
Bias into the close: Cautious / short-term bearish.
Hold 750 and this can stabilize. Lose it and 744–746 comes fast.
Fed hiked. Speech hit. 750 is the test.

Fed hike was priced. The presser was the tell.
Warsh didn’t just deliver the expected +25 bps to 3.75–4.00%. He emphasized inflation is “too high and has been for too long,” summer readings haven’t shown a meaningful improvement in the underlying trend, and the Committee will deliver price stability. Dot plot still points to another hike this year. That’s why the initial hold-the-line bounce faded and $SPY sold through the afternoon.
Intraday range has been roughly 761.6 high → ~751.8 low. Previous close 757.39. Price is sitting in the 752–754 area as of mid-afternoon — your “750 and may have more to go” read is in the right neighborhood if this close holds or we get a late flush. Recent support cluster sits near the 9/10 and 9/15 lows (~756–757); a clean break and hold below that opens 748–750 then the mid-740s / late-June area. Resistance is the morning high and the 760–762 zone.
For 0DTE / short-dated premium sellers this is the classic Fed-day pattern: realized vol popped on the comments, then the grind lower. If you’re still selling, size down and respect a hard stop under today’s low. If you’re looking for a bounce, wait for a reclaim of 757 with volume rather than fading the first 750 print.
Not financial advice. Levels move. Manage risk.
⚖️ Fed Day: $SPY & $SPX
Premarket: $SPY at 760 after yesterday’s 757.92 close. Decision due this afternoon — expect volatility around the announcement and press conference.
Technicals:
•Overnight bid off the 757.92 close is constructive
•Still below the 761–763 bounce zone that failed earlier this week
•Short-term momentum mixed heading into the catalyst
•Levels matter more than the headline today
Key Levels for Today:
•Resistance: 761–763 SPY / 7,630–7,650 SPX
•Immediate Support: 756–758 SPY / 7,580–7,600 SPX
•Stronger Support: 752–754 SPY / 7,540–7,560 SPX
Bias into the Fed: Neutral and volatile. Hold 756–758 and dip-buyers stay in the game. Reclaim 761–763 after the decision = squeeze. Lose 756 on the print and 752–754 comes fast.
Fed day. Premarket 760. Don’t trade the rumor — trade the levels.

📊 Close + Fed Day Tomorrow: $SPY & $SPX
$SPY closed at 757.92 after the premarket flush to 756 and the bounce toward 761.
Technicals:
Soft close near the lows of the recent range
Short-term momentum still weak after failing to hold the 761–763 bounce
756–758 is the line into the Fed
Sentiment on X is getting loud — one take making the rounds: “Market sentiment near extreme FEAR, which is always a BUY signal.” Fear can mark washouts, but it is not a standalone trigger. Price still has to hold.
Key Levels for Tomorrow (Fed Day):
Resistance: 761–763 SPY / 7,630–7,650 SPX
Immediate Support: 756–758 SPY / 7,580–7,600 SPX
Stronger Support: 752–754 SPY / 7,540–7,560 SPX
Bias into the Fed: Neutral and volatile.
Hold 756–758 and dip-buyers have a case. Lose 756 on the decision and 752–754 comes fast. A reclaim of 761–763 would be the first real sign the fear bounce is real.
Fed tomorrow. Fear is high. Levels matter more than headlines.

Premarket action:
$SPY flushed to 756
Now bouncing and set to open around 761
Technicals:
Overnight dip got bought — constructive into the bell
Still below last week’s 763–766 resistance zone
Short-term momentum mixed: lower low first, then a rebound
First 15–30 minutes will decide if 756 was the flush or if sellers come back
Key Levels for Today:
Resistance: 763–766 SPY / 7,650–7,680 SPX
Immediate Support: 758–761 SPY / 7,600–7,630 SPX
Stronger Support: 754–756 SPY / 7,560–7,580 SPX
Bias: Neutral to cautiously bullish into the open.
Hold above 758–761 and bulls can press 763. Lose 756 and the next magnet is 754.
Premarket low 756, open near 761 — follow-through or fade the bounce?

Premarket so far:
$SPY hit a low of 757.78
Bounced to 760
Now sitting around 759
Technicals:
Early-week dip after Friday’s premarket spike toward 766.53
Short-term momentum mixed — bounce off 757.78 is constructive, but still below last week’s highs
First hour will decide if 757.78 was the flush or just the start of more selling
Key Levels for Today:
Resistance: 762–766 SPY / 7,640–7,680 SPX
Immediate Support: 757–759 SPY / 7,590–7,610 SPX
Stronger Support: 754–756 SPY / 7,560–7,580 SPX
Bias: Neutral to cautious into the open.
Hold above 757.78 and bulls can try for 762–766. Lose that low early and 754–756 comes into play.
Week starts with a dip-and-bounce — follow-through higher or another test of the lows?

$BWET ~$727. hitting an ATH of 785.12
Freight-futures ETF. Started 2026 near $19. ~3,700% YTD. 5,000%+ in 12 months.
It does not own ships. It owns near-dated VLCC day-rate futures — mostly ME-to-China.
Hormuz has been a war zone since late Feb. Normal traffic ~74 ships/day. Lately a handful. VLCC spots have printed $400k–$579k+/day. The ETF tracks that curve almost 1:1.
It can still run. Dual chokepoints, pipeline hits, another flare-up = fewer hulls, higher futures.
The other side is an elevator.
One event built this. A real reopening or credible ceasefire reprices the front of the curve in hours. We’ve already seen 13–40% air pockets on “maybe it’s over” headlines.
3.5% fee. Thin float. No earnings floor when the geo premium comes out.
Not advice. Tape can keep running while the strait stays closed. The unwind will not be polite.
When will investors get soaked?

🚀 $SPY Spikes to 766.53
Premarket just pushed higher:
$SPY spiked to 766.53
That’s a sharp bounce off yesterday’s low of 756.64
Already through the 763 rejection zone that capped the tape earlier this week
Technicals:
Strong overnight reversal
Short-term momentum flipped positive
763 is now potential support if this bid holds
First 15–30 minutes after the open will tell if this is a real squeeze or a premarket fade
Key Levels for Today:
Resistance / Targets: 768–770 SPY / 7,700–7,720 SPX
Immediate Support: 763–765 SPY / 7,650–7,670 SPX

Bias: Bullish into the open while above 763.
Hold the spike and 768–770 is next. Lose 763 and this looks like another premarket fakeout.

Late-day volume will decide if this is just a stall or a breakdown setup
Key Levels Right Now:
Resistance: 763–764 SPY / 7,650–7,660 SPX
Immediate Support: 760–761 SPY / 7,620–7,630 SPX

After the long weekend, premarket is already giving a range:
$SPY tagged a low of 766, now back to 769 with about 5 minutes to the open
Technicals:
Overnight dip got bought — constructive for the open
Short-term momentum mixed after the holiday pause
First hour will decide if 766 was just a flush or the start of more selling
