@AmericanAir Delays are perfectly understandable. A lie (an intentional or knowingly false statement) is not. Why didn’t American tell the truth? @Delta seems to—they’re great about delay updates! @USDOT

@AmericanAir Why cant you be honest about departure delays? AA2140 flipped tail# at last minute to a delayed inbound, then planning to board in 6 min when plane not here. Now as it pulls in full of pax u push back to 10 min to board? Really? Are you playing the DOT?
