Of course the fact that this was a pilot error also escaped you .

@RachelBitecofer Trump's acting head of FAA, until a permanent person takes the job, is a guy named Chris Rocheleau. He's a US Air Force veteran who had worked 20 years at FAA, not a maga actor. Try doing some research next time.
