Atrocious support from @Easigrass. Be warned - they do not supply the same product in different parts of the country, so what you get may not be what you think. And they have zero interest in fixing it.
@British_Airways That’s not really the point. I booked a flight with BA. I paid BA. I have a contractual commitment from BA. I am a BA golf card holder. I’ve spent over $50k on BA/BA partner flights this year. If you can’t provide a consistent service, don’t sell the ticket. It’s rubbish.
@British_Airways BA Gold Card holder. Booked LGW- BCN-LGW with BA, but flying Vueling. No lounge access. No fast track. No support or interest from any BA staff. Totally rubbish.
