I've been thinking about this off-and-on all morning and day. A piece of "writing" hasn't stuck with me like this for a while. It had the opposite effect as intended. It was anti-persuasion. It's actually enraging that we "have" to pay for every gas tank in Liberia.
So we’ve got open voting season, mail-in ballots, no voter ID, no proof of citizenship, ballot harvesting, drop boxes AND birth right citizenship.
Well played, Democrats. The invasion worked.
Meanwhile so-called republicans won’t pass the Save America Act and have backed off mass deportations because it looks “mean.”
The hysteria over the unsurprising resent decisions of the Roberts Court shines a light on the real problem facing America today. Of the three branches of government, we currently have an activist Judiciary, a powerful Executive, but a flat tire when it comes to the Legislative branch.
Birthright citizenship, for example, was not expected to be overturned by the Supreme Court. Congress could easily establish common sense legislation that would define more clearly the original purpose and boundaries intended by the 14th Amendment. That would, however, require John Thune to act like an American statesman rather than a RINO hack, so there is, as usual, no hope.
As long as the pansy-ass Republicans mince around the halls of Congress, we are doomed.
If the Supreme Court is going to rule that children of illegal aliens — born in the US — obtain birthright citizenship,
then I can only conclude that America must ramp up deportation efforts & remove as many illegal aliens as possible immediately.
The idea that a pregnant woman from Guatemala can sprint across the US border, have the baby 30 minutes after arriving here, and the baby is magically a citizen of the US, is one of the most retarded and indefensible notions ever conceived
So maybe we should revoke visas when a non-citizen gets pregnant.
That’s a cruel alternative.
But less cruel than what SCOTUS did to the USA’s citizens today.
@WOPRw_cheese@ZubyMusic To be credible, you ought to bring some data. You didn’t put anything there about the US rate of suicide so come back when you bring data.
Tomorrow Barrett will publish her argument that a Chinese Communist party member who flies to Guam so he and his wife can deliver their baby, who then take their child to be raised in China, will be eligible to be President of the United states 35 years later
Yes, but he didn’t kill any of them. If he did kill them, we all killed them. Every single human being on earth failed to give them free money. And of course that’s moral nonsense.
We have no moral obligation to solve all the world’s problems. Nor, once we start to help, do we have an obligation to continue to help forever. We have a right to choose how we help and to what extent. To argue differently is to argue that we have an endless responsibility to others. But of course, that’s ridiculous because we cannot help all others. Plus there’s the issue of helping ourselves.
This chart truly gives you perspective on narratives built across the world with guns.
You are more likely to die from diarrhea in India and not having air conditioning in Europe than being shot the United States.
Reminder: there are 1.2-1.5 guns per people in America.
Mr. @POTUS@realDonaldTrump
Thank you Sir, so much, for saying what needed to be said. You are 💯 correct. Communism isn’t infiltrating, it is here, and it is the greatest danger that the United States of America currently faces.
We were forced to pay for diesel in ambulances in Liberia? What in the world? Show this stuff to normal voters and watch their (and my own) befuddlement. "Wait, we were doing WHAT?"
