I'm a big fan of reporters including a reference within their articles to their #FOIA requests. But if I could ask a favor: Can you actually say "FOIA" (or spelled out) instead of "records request" or some other shorthand?

Supe McCotter also notes that DEQ will hold public hearing on AWS discharge permit for Lake Anna Tech Campus on June 9 at 7 pm at Louisa Middle School. Supe Woodward seems to suggest AWS won’t really use that much water to cool its data center campuses—only use it when it’s hot.
