@educator4ever36 I think if they've been out of the classroom since Covid (be it as AP, Dist Office, retired, etc) then they have to do at least a year before they can be assigned a Principalship
@WerderEdNFL@NCAA, Sorsby broke student code of conduct bylaws at UofI... just get them to put him on academic probation (1yr any 4yr school) and this goes away
@TomMarsLaw Can the NCAA get UofI to put him on academic probation for a year since he broke their student code of conduct/bylaw by sports gambling underage. Since suspension is an academic year he would not be able to play?
@chris_kratovil Or can the state press charges, find him guilty, place him on probation which would once again break the NCAA bylaws which could possibly overrule the Texas court?
@chris_kratovil Since sports wagering in Indiana is 21+ and Sorsby was under that age (I think), can UofI put him on academic suspension since they just found out it happened while he was on campus which means he can't attend any 4yr college meaning he can't play?
@chris_kratovil@MPY_DAWG If the NCAA did that and stated "pending the results of the court case" and told every team they played that it wouldn't count on their record till the courts decided how would that go
