Also, is there publicly available info on how rule interpretations will change from year to year? The transparency seems a good idea to me

A psychiatrist estimated I would need twice-weekly psychotherapy for two years, to work through my trauma history appropriately.
That was two years ago. I managed to afford three sessions. And therapy has taken a back seat to a probably ADHD diagnosis.

@BBCMOTD Even as an AFCB fan, there's no way that you can let the play continue there. Even in real time, at speed, you could see that was a real head knock, and it wasn't a bloke playing for a foul (which I wish wasn't a required consideration).
I thought VAR could overturn that, too?

@twiggsonia Did it look like play should have been stopped to you and those around you? On TV that head knock looked pretty bad, I would have expected that to be bad enough to halt play for player safety...

@Paddy_Boyland AFCB fan here, could not agree more. Hoping the ref admits that was an error post-game. Sorry that doesn't help you now, though.
It has to have been a mistake - no way you could try justify letting play continue, surely.
