Amanhã se completará 6 anos do crime político que nos tirou Marielle e Anderson e que demonstrou as fragilidades profundas da nossa democracia. Mais de meia década sem respostas e sem nenhuma responsabilização, é tempo demais!
@TheBlackEcoFem This part!!!!!!!! Cuz I don’t need my ego stroked or quietly kudos, I need a you to say what you saying out loud so people know it ain’t just a me issue but an us issue.
I feel so uncomfortable with this. Yes my comments and questions might lead to changes, but I am the one left exposed and at risk of retaliation and having these false narratives presented about me. Are there any other folks who have dealt or are dealing with this? Strategies?

Semester 1 of tenure track year 1 officially in the books and I would like I apologize to every single faculty member I’ve ever bad mouthed about being disorganized or unresponsive to emails.. I get it now. I’m sorry 🥹

I love how “the Blacks” get stuff because of affirmative action and DEI
But 99% of Fortune 500 execs, 45/46 presidents, 99.9% of all Senators & fed judges ever, every Harvard president & all those white meemaws & pawpaws got their stuff bc of hard work, intelligence & ability
