Very disappointing customer service from @LexusUK For a company that prides itself on service, even more so.

The average number of patients per GP has risen by nearly 300 over 5 years, a 15% increase
In addition 1 in ten are waiting for hospital treatment
Funding for GP practices has fallen 20%
Yet despite this GP Practices are providing 31 million appts a month - a 4 million increase

1.4million Consultations / day take place in GP Practices
Hospitals are really busy looking after 350,000 people
27,000 GPs compared with 130,000 hospital Drs
I know that this is not entirely comparable, but Primary Care only receives less than 8% of NHS budget - help!

More face to face, on the day, home visits, tele appts
More of everything
Govt & NHSE have instead funded additional roles, Pharmacies & cut real terms funding by 20%
GPs are leaving one at a time, then teams, then practices
Blame MPs not GPs
