This is unreal folks.

I'm going to throw some ideas at you for how we can fix this and you can tell me what you think.

1. Get rid of provincial licensure
2. Leverage more virtual care
3. Pay family docs appropriately
4. Leverage nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists
5. Make sure our family docs are getting compensated for preventative health

I'm tired of bandaid solutions.

I want to see things get better and we can only get there if we are thinking up creative solutions to our problems.
