Trump’s recent post of a graphic of himself burning down the Capitol, which would obviously result in the deaths of many people, is a violent threat. Seems like this should increase his conviction odds & prison sentence for Jan 6 crimes. Would other J6 defendants free on bail be allowed to make violent threats like this?
