Why is the quality of @ChickfilA going down so much? The last 2 times I’ve ordered in their app they’ve messed it up and you can’t do anything about it other than physically calling the store? Stupid.
I swear on my life the employees at @qdoba are deranged. In the last 6 months I’ve ordered nachos for delivery from there 3x (my husband likes it) and 2 of the deliveries came without chips and the third one, my personal fav, had no chips or cheese in the meal… like what?
@GoogleMyBiz struggling to get my profile reinstated when it was removed incorrectly. I’ve done two appeals and still can’t get anyone to explain why it was removed or how to get it back up. This is killing my business
Do you save every voicemail from your mom because your dad died and you wish you had messages with his voice on them but you don’t so now you’re afraid you need to hoard your moms voice or are you normal
I’ve never in my life experienced as horrible of customer service as with @progressive THEIR driver at fault. Airbags deployed. And they are trying to give me the run around about replacing my car seats.
When i had my first baby and my husband went back to work i was so overwhelmed and tired and my dad came and sat with me and held the baby and talked to me so i could relax/ nap/ feel like a real person
This isn’t the first time a delivery order thru their app has been messed up for me. They need a better system for reporting this. Similar to door dash etc. I like using their app to earn points but if they continue to mess up my orders I will go back to door dash.
Pretty disappointed in @ChickfilA. Ordered delivery in their app. My whole order was wrong. Called to inform them/ see what my options were, got sent to voicemail and no one bothered to return my call.
